Miguel Onorato, graduated in Physics from the University of Torino, obtained a PhD in Fluid Mechanics in 2000 at the Politecnico di Torino. Since 2019, he is full professor at the Department of Physics, UniTo. He has been working for many years in the field of nonlinear physics and in particular in the dynamics of surface gravity waves. He has published about 150 scientific papers in international journals and he is currently associate editor of the Journal of Fluid Mechanics.
